Instructions for use: Sort by color. Follow garment label instructions. 

Use 30g (2 tablespoons I 1/8 cup) for a light load. 
For a normal load use 45g (3 tablespoons). 
For heavy soiled garments use 60g (4 tablespoons I 1/4 cup).

Not suitable for cold washes.
